Bishkek exhibition highlights Kyrgyz cultural heritage

On October 8, the National Historical Museum of Kyrgyzstan in Bishkek hosted the opening of the exhibition “The Priceless Heritage of the Kyrgyz People” — a major cultural event that brought together experts from Kyrgyzstan, the United Kingdom, and the Republic of Korea.

The honored guest of the conference and exhibition was Marat Akhmedjanov, British publisher and Vice-Chairman of the Eurasian Creative Guild (London). In his speech, he highlighted the importance of international cultural dialogue and noted that such projects not only preserve but also rediscover the rich heritage of the peoples of the Great Silk Road.

During the event, two remarkable publications were presented — the “Silk Road” catalogue, published in London, and the collection “The Priceless Heritage of the Kyrgyz People”, created in cooperation with the British Museum and the Cultural Heritage Institute of the Republic of Korea.

These books are the result of extensive research and publishing work aimed at preserving and promoting Kyrgyz culture on the international stage.

The exhibition opened a new chapter in cultural collaboration between nations and became a symbol of respect for the history, traditions, and craftsmanship of the Kyrgyz people.
