On October 21-23, the largest event in Uzbekistan’s hospitality industry — “HoReCa Expo Uzbekistan 2025” — is taking place in Tashkent.

The event is organized by the Tourism Committee and the Hoteliers Association of Uzbekistan.

This specialized international exhibition brings together representatives from the hotel and restaurant sectors, equipment suppliers, technology providers, designers, architects, investors, and experts from various countries. The event serves as a platform for discussing key trends in the HoReCa industry, including digitalization, sustainable development, future service innovations, restaurant franchising, and gastronomic tourism.

The conference titled “Investing in Service and Comfort: Business Solutions for HoReCa”, held as part of the exhibition, will feature a series of key sessions dedicated to current trends and innovations in the hotel and restaurant business.

Topics include the future of hotel architecture and design with a focus on sustainability and technology, digital solutions for enhancing guest comfort, investments in service and comfort, and the impact of technology on HoReCa development. Special attention will be given to franchising issues, market expansion, gastronomic tourism as a driver of regional growth, and modern restaurant business trends.

One of the exhibition’s highlights will be the International Gastronomic Forum “Gastro Forum 2025”, scheduled for October 22. The forum will gather restaurateurs, chefs, food producers, gastro-experts, and tourism industry representatives to discuss the role of gastronomy as a vital tool for promoting regions and the country as a whole.

“HoReCa Expo Uzbekistan 2025” and “Gastro Forum 2025” will provide a unique opportunity for experience exchange, networking, showcasing new solutions, and studying best practices. Participants will be able to explore the latest developments in restaurant and hotel equipment, automation technologies, space design, as well as discuss prospects for gastronomic tourism development and the export potential of Uzbek cuisine.
