The Fergana–Batken tourist route offers journey in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan

In recent years, there has been growing interest among travelers in discovering new destinations and exploring off-the-beaten-path locations. To diversify tourism offerings and increase the duration of tourist stays, a new program entitled “The Fergana–Batken Tourist Ring” has been developed under the “Journey to the Enclaves” initiative. The route includes attractions in both Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, according to the Tourism Committee under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of Uzbekistan.

Tourists will have the opportunity to enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the Fergana Valley, including its mountains, rivers, and lakes. The journey offers not only ecotourism experiences, but also introduces visitors to various other forms of tourism, such as enotourism (wine tourism), industrial tourism (Margilan Carpet Factory), active tourism (horseback riding), and agro-tourism (raspberry plantations in the village of Vodil).
